TYPES OF CLEANING
We offer two levels of cleaning services for your air ducts:
GENERAL CLEANING

Our first option is for $149 per AC unit (unlimited ducts) $129 Promotional Pricing
With general cleaning we use advanced technology negative air pressure machines. We hook these machines up to your main return that has access to all of the ductwork. With negative air pressure and powerful suction, these machines remove all loose dust, dirt and debris into this specialized vacuum with HEPA filters.
DEEP CLEANING

The second option is our deep cleaning method.
We use Rotobrush Brush Beast™ and Rotobrush XP™ machines. These are $10k machines and are the most thorough, efficient and safe machines in the industry for air duct cleaning where we go into each duct and break up any stuck-on dirt and debris on the walls of the duct safely. This is a more thorough process leaving your ducts clean 100%. A deep cleaning is necessary when it has been approximately 5 years or more since last cleaning or there is a significant buildup of dirt/dust/debris stuck to the inside walls of the ducts. The deep cleaning is $39 per supply duct. Return ducts are generally larger and are $89 per return.
Our technicians will inspect your ducts (air handler/blower/coils/plenum as well if needed) and take photos to see the exact conditions of your ducts before performing any work. After consulting with you and reviewing the photos of your ducts you can choose the proper method of cleaning your system requires.
AIR DUCT INSPECTION
